In the past months, the LINK project reached a significant milestone in its mission to empower young adults with behavioral and cognitive disabilities on their journey to the job market. As part of this initiative, a series of Trainings for Associated Partners were held. In some of the partners countries, these events took place online, while in others, they were conducted face to face.
One of the meeting's highlights was the presentation of the draft of the curriculum, offering a roadmap for the educational journey. In addition to this, we introduced the initial pages of the handbook intended to support adult educators in the implementation of course modules. During the presentation, we also shared some activities along with the methodologies and approaches that underpin the entire project. The sessions also provided unique platforms for the exchange of experiences, addressing challenges, needs, and potential strategies to enhance inclusion and support for young people with disabilities. It was an opportunity to open new horizons in the transition to the job market for young individuals with behavioral disabilities. This event not only facilitated sharing best practices but also fostered a collective understanding of the distinctions between gamification and game-based learning. As a testament to the success of this training, educators in attendance found the teaching methods intriguing and inspiring. They expressed a keen interest in adopting the presented learning path and emphasized the value of future cooperation among partners.

The LINK project partership is excited to share the launch of "LINK Success Stories" page.
For months, we've been focused on a campaign to raise awareness. During this time, each project partner shared stories of local success in various languages, highlighting the remarkable accomplishments of young adults who've overcome cognitive and behavioral disabilities to succeed in the job market. Now, we're pleased to present "LINK Success Stories" on our official project website. This online collection allows you to explore these inspiring journeys. The stories feature young adults who, despite facing challenges, have achieved notable success at work. As you read these stories, you'll also find information about how our digital community has engaged with them. You can see the numbers that reflect the impact these stories have had on Facebook and Instagram. By sharing these stories, our goal is to spread their influence far and wide. This collection stands as a symbol of hope and a celebration of every success story in a world where each one truly matters. October brought us a week of education and celebration as Erasmus Days coincided with our final LINK Transnational Project Meeting in Sofia.
Erasmus Days & LINK 4 SKILLS: We joined the 7th #Erasmusdays, featuring LINK 4 SKILLS during our TPM. This showcased inclusive educational materials for job market skills. It was an opportunity to celebrate our project's success and its impact. Day 1 of TPM in Sofia: Productive day one included finalizing our digital and employability skills curriculum, defining the handbook's graphic design, and discussing the awareness campaign's results. Plans for material translation and final dissemination were set in motion. Day 2 of TPM in Sofia: The second day featured a visit to the Maria's World Foundation Daycare Center and cultural exploration. Discussions focused on community-building for inclusion and sustainability, creating a future filled with innovative and inclusive ideas for education. An emotional farewell concluded a remarkable journey. |
