The Erasmus Learning Academy (ELA) is a training centre that strongly believes in and supports the innovation, modernisation and internationalisation of education. ELA aims to foster quality improvements and excellence in education and training. ELA designs and organises training courses and structured training events as well as job-shadowing and study visits for teachers, trainers, headmaster and other education staff in order to support them to improve their competences and the quality of education provided by acquiring transversal skills and specific knowledge on innovative teaching methods and practices.

It is the main centre for adults in a wide and important educational area. It has three other small centres called AEPAS that depend on it. These AEPAS are located in three near villages; Fuensalida, La Puebla de Montalbán and Valmojado, and they satisfy the demand for adult education in La Sagra-Torrijos area formed by 95.000 inhabitants.

We seek complete inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities living in the community, the workplace or in recreation. The Foundation provides different activities for active involvement of people with ID to take part in the life of the city by expressing their position on relevant matters regarding their quality of life. Since 2013 we provide social service with focus on training labour and social skills for adults with intellectual disabilities. Together with the training activities the foundation organizes soft skills trainings, participation in artistic, voluntarily, sports and leisure activities.
